My dad doesn't remember things and also forget things which he does and his health is loading even though he eats food, can't control toilet.

Hi... He may be suffering from conditions of brain which present as Dementias or other encephalopathies. Please consult a neurologist. He will need MRI brain and other lab tests for proper diagnosis and treatment.. Regards Dr.Nithin
