Foreskin still exists
I think the foreskin on my penis still exists. I am not sure if it is something i need to worry about it or not. When I check online it says that the foreskin dissolves by the age of 18.
I have no problem while urinating or whatsoever

I thing you are confusing Foreskin with something else...but still there is nothing in penis that dissolves with age
