Foreskin on penis is tightening
My foreskin is tightened since four days..before it was very comfortably moving .I am under medication of smegma.some doctors in practo suggested for surgicl methods.being 27 years old surgery for penis is safe and how long it will take to cure after surgery?or any other medication there to solve this problem?

It's called phimosis...where one cant retract the foreskin and it hurts....
You can take any advise related to it from me
