Foreskin Attached to Penis with Tissue
I am a virgin male, 21.
The foreskin of my penis is attached to the head of my penis with a tissue. It also prevents my foreskin to go back fully.
Please suggest what I shall do in order to solve this problem.

Hello well you seem to tell me like you have a retraction problem so probably like phimosis.. I want to know if you have any problems with the urination also... I would suggest you to meet General Surgeon and get your self examine the first for its so that we can suggest you further about what can be done.
