Foreskin attached
The foreskin of the penis is still attached to the underside of the glans. Is this foreskin supposed to detach completely from the penis when it is erect? But the foreskin retracts completely during sex but it is still attached to the underside of the glans. Should I be worried?

It's Frenular attachment. It's normal. No need for total retraction. Not required surgery.
