Hi, vague general symptoms like dragging pain of abdomen ,loss of appetite , fatigue , jaundice are present in fatty liver . liver cirrhosis presents with distended abodomen with prominent veins , esophageal varices , ictrus, gynecomastia, etc.. Most common cause of fatty liver and cirrhosis is alcohol . No home remedies works one should quit alcohol from that moment .
