For how long laxatives are ok to take?
I am suffering from anal fissure from last three weeks. On first day, i had painful stool with blood and after first day no painful stool and blood. But I am suffering from a lot of itching in my anal region.Itching has also transfer to the area between anus and vagina. I am taking cremaffin plus and also using pilorute cream which decrease my itching temporarily. Is it ok to take laxative for more than three weeks?

At your age it is not available to take laxative for months together. Follow natural remedies. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Consult a surgeon
