Since I have not seen you you should have a medical check up from a Physician to find out present status like Physical parameters, deficiencies, signs of health issues etc Corrective measures are to be taken as advised, Good nutritious food - like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits , avoiding of fast foods, daily regular exercise or sports, proper sleep must be ensured. Keep away from unhealthy habits like junk food, tobacco and alcohol Have a an annual preventive check up.
