Foot ulcer can fill?
I have diabetes but it is  normal ie., around 90 to 120 mg in fasting and 120-140 after breakfast always. I got a wound by shredding off the deadskin in toes meanwhile became deepholes by automatic shedding. It looks like a foot ulcer now. All these happend within a period of 6-8months. Can the Mometasone ointment  fills it up?

No. It will not help. You will need to get a specialised footwear made so that the ulcer heals gradually. The footwear should be made after consulting a diabetologist.
