Foot sprain
I am having foot sprain from part 7 days. It is increasing day by day. I have consulted a physiotherapist for it but still not getting any relief.

Avoid walking on uneven surfaces or standing for long, maintain leg elevation and ice to get rid of the swelling as soon as possible. Walk around in Running/Sports Shoes to avoid any further damage.
