Burning sensation in  foot. He has diabetes but the problem was much before getting the diabetes. He always  feels like keeping his feet at cool places

helloo.. it might be due to vitamin b deficiency... things might have got aggravated after diabetes... hope you are taking tab like neurobion forte or nervigen once daily... consult a physician if prob doesn't subside
