Foot and leg swelling and fever

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Starting from last 4-5 days, I have these: * Swelling in left leg, above and below ankle * Above ankle skin is hot, painful to touch, brown spots, increasing in spread * Below ankle skin is cool, no pain, behaves like memory foam * Fever, mostly in morning and night, first three days below hundred, last night well above hundred with shaking * Dizziness and weakness * Last two days: similar hot and painful swelling is being seen in other parts of left leg and starting in right leg too * From today morning, swelling and pain seems to have lessened Meds: Am taking aceclofenac + paracetamol to keep down the pain and fever. Nothing else.
