Food color in during 1st trimester
I have had gobi manchuriya(twice) and chicken tikka(once) during my first trimester. The above food items are covered in food colour I was not aware of it. I am still in my first timester, what should? Will it be safe? Please suggest.

Nothing to worry. Try to avoid outside and spicy food during pregnancy. Heart burning and gastritis is more common in pregnancy.
