Folliculometry test result
I took my first folliculometry test on day 9 of my cycle. Endometrium thickness came 3.9mm. In right ovary there are two dominant follicles of size 11×11mm and 10×9mm respectively. In left ovary there are multiple follicles out of which the largest measured 9mm. I take fol123, ovigyn d3, duphaston medicine. I also took lupi fsh 75 injection on day 3,5&7 of my cycle. Is my folliculometry test result favourable as per day 9?? Is there any chance that the size of dominant follicle in right ovary will grow to 18×20mm till day 14/16 of my cycle?? Is the endometrium thickness fine as per day 9?? Kindly answer my questions. Thanks in advance.

Follicle size is good. Endometrial thickness is on a lower side. We target the thickness to be 8 mm at the time of ovulation.

Hello Your Endometrial Thickness is little less compared to Day 9 but if you continue taking the injection there is a high chance that your follicle will grow and eventually it will rupture .
Next Steps
Keep taking the FSH 75 Injection . When your follicle would grow up , an LH kit test will be done and if it is positive , then you will be given another injection for rupture of the follicle
Health Tips
Dont worry . There is still time to go .
