Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, I'm on letrozole cycle, 11th day: left ovary 11mm(1), endo -5.6mm 14thday: left ovary 13mm(1), right ovary 11mm(1), endo -6.9mm, 17thday: left ovary 16.5mm(1), right ovary 16mm(1), endo -9mm, 19thday: left ovary 19.5mm(1), right ovary 18.5mm(1), endo -11mm, 24thday: left ovary 25mm, right ovary 30mm. Today is "2nd DAY of Menstrual",follicles not ruptured & left ovary 25mm, right ovary 5cm. follicular cysts formed. Is there any further complications @ fertility. Plz suggest how to overcome n get pregnant...
