5 cysts in ovaries
Trying to conceive in past 1 year, last may follicular study done and clomid medicine given but my period due and negative pregnancy ... i am having hypothyroidism tsh 2.47 t3 t4 normal but anti tpo 500. Last week pelvic scan done ...3 cysts in right ovary and 2 cysts in left ovary (size-1-3cms) . I don't have cysts in ovary before clomid cycle. This time no period and cysts formed. How to clear cysts and is it possible. I am worried about thyroid and cysts.kindly advise

The cyst will clear on its own
Thyroid level is normal not to worry, continue with tablet
