Folliclicide constant pain & headache

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have been suffering from this disease since a month I have 3 boils or bumps on Buttock and they are paining like hell The bump(about half an inch) is releasing puss along with blood It is also leading to Headache,fever and some sort of weakness. I have gone to 3 doctors for which none of the medications seem to be effective. Please guide me.
