  3. Follicle size 22 mm. At this stage?

Follicle size 22 mm
I took letrozole from day 3 to day 7 and started with FM from 10th day. The follice started to grow from 17th day(14mm). On21st day the size is 22mm and ET 9.4 mm. Is thenegg about to rupture at this stage? And will the egg quality matter because of late ovualtion.
