Follicle not ruptured
I have left poly cystic ovary on my right side follicle is growing upto 24 mm but it is not rupturing after that also it is increasing its size but it is not converted to cyst

POLYCYSTIC ovaries is hormones imbalance that leads to non ovulatory cycles. So egg maturation not occur.
I need complete information regarding ur menes pattern and last date of menes.
And do ultrasound of pelvis to evaluate ovaries and uterus and inform me.

Check blood for Prolactin and TSH. Next cycle, you need change if medicines and injections used for ovulation induction. In some cases recombinant hCG can help.
