  4. Follicle in one ovary. Growth or pcos?

Follicle in one ovary
Prolactin was 50, rest everything like sugar, TSH normal, urine stick pregnancy test negative, missed period in Sept, after meprate course in Oct, got periods in Oct after a week of course. 9 days after that got period like light bleeding for a week or so, took Trantas MF 3×3 days to get Usg pelvis done. Usg was done 17 days after end of last period, says dominant follicle in one ovary(28×19MM), rest all normal. IS THIS NORMAL? IS THERE SOME ABNORMAL GROWTH OR PCOS?
