Hello.i am in 29th week of pregnancy.somedays I feel baby movements more & sometimes less.i had scan last week, which was normal except little less fluid in 1 pocket 2.overall AFi is 12.Now from 2 days, I am feeling very light/ less baby movements. Really worried

Dear Practo user, You should keep fetal movement count (ie how many times the baby has moved). You can count movements for 1 hour after each meal and multiply it by 4. So, it will amount to 12 hours. In case, Doppler study was not done last week, it is worthwhile doing it as early as possible.
