With respect to ur age it seems to be fibroadenoma.. U can take an ultrasound without fnac.. But better contact general surgeon..

Hello,
I think you mean fibroadenoma? FNAC is a diagnostic test that'll help your doctor to decide if only the mass needs to be removed or if they need to remove / test lymph nodes too. This test helps to give you a better treatment/prognosis and is better to do before a surgery.
