Fluid come from penis
Hello Dr I am 27 year old same problem going with me if I feel ecxite that time fluid come out from penis I am really worried it's like sticky and wattery plaese can you suggest me to control it?

Urethral secretions are normal physiological like Saliva in mouth whose role is to keep urethra moist
When they are secreted excess they peep out as sticky fluid
This excessive secretions most common in young sensitive person when watching porn cuddling with partners
