Fluctuations in fever
Patient is showing heatwave symptoms(headache, shivering) , den doctor recommended to do ecg n BP n cbc test which were normal, den sudden fever started from midnight n from two days der are fluctuations in temperature and gas problem, earlier doctor gave multivitamin tablet, combiflame and indernal 10..but when we consulted doc at that time fever was not der.. From yesterday midnight temperature started to rise so cooling down by wet clothe and had combiflame.. But again der is rise in temperature.. So not getting Wat symptoms are of exactly(typhoid or dengue or malaria or just viral fever) . Can u plz confirm

The symptoms you described mostly indicates a viral fever, but it needs further blood work up.
