Fluctuating thyroid
After treatment of typhoid fever...One month back i was having low TSH & HIGH T3 T4(hyper).
One month back:
T3: 4.2
T4: 4.97
TSH: 0.21
Local Dr asked me to stop all medicine and live normal life. now with no treatment and medicine after one month i am having low T3 T4 and high TSH(hypo).
Now:
T3:0.77
T4:5.58
TSH:9.33
What can be the cause of this fluctuations and do i need medications?
