Flu turning into breathing problems

I've had a fever for a few days now, and a bad flu. I've slowly progressed out of the flu symptoms and now have a very mucus filled cough with trouble breathing and a little pain in my chest.

Ans drink plenty of Fluid warm saline gargle twice or thrice daily for pain paracetamol should suffice if mucus secretion is high antibiotic is iñdicated for 5-7days for pain paracetamol will be helpful for breathing problem Salbutamol Inhalation is needed.
