Hi, if you’re unable to identify any specific psychosocial or environmental trigger and have been adherent with your prescribed treatment, then one might assume that change in time zones may have caused circadian rhythm disturbances which could trigger mood changes.
Physical and emotional stress, fatigue, dietary changes and a general disruption of one’s routine ( social rhythm ) are other factors associated with travelling that may play some role in causing symptoms to come back even when on medication
