You can take the carminative before food but then its your choice...you can take it for 15 dats first...if no relief please go for follow-up with the doctor and then continue the medicine....thank you

Medicines are for extreme conditions when normal conditions do not work. Try some vegetable, tomato or chicken soups before meals to increase appetite.
