Flat head.
My baby is 3 months 22 days old. She always put her head on right side only. Due to this her head is flatten. Please help how to resolve this..

Hi You can change it by some correction Try to change her position frequently Play with her from both the sides especially from left side

You can do proper pillow positioning and cover her right side with cushion or baby pillows.

Is you find any other abnormalities??? For now avoid letting her sleep in one side you change her position after a short intervals

This is a normal situation, nothing to worry about it. It happens when child put her head in a certain position for longer duration.
Next Steps
Try to change her head position regularly. Also use baby head pillow, they have soft cushion in centre which help to keep head round.
Health Tips
Also, during bathing of child with warm water, try to massage gently in soft circular motion to make it round for 2-3 minutes. Keep one thing in mind it's not a one day process, it will take time maximum one month. But yes, it's reversible.
