Flashes and floaters
I went for a retinal check up recently and my diagnosis was 'RPE changes with choroidal pigmentation over posterior pole'. However the doctor said the retinas are fine. Is this a cause for worry? I am 23 years old with high myopia.

If your retinal examination is o k & there is no pathology to treat, please try to ignore it & do not concentrate on floaters

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes. It's not a big issue. Your Retina is fine and you should definitely just not be worried about it. Consult a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
