Hi, I am 34 years old. I recently joined fitness centre and practising yoga in the morning and aerobics in the evening. It's been a month now and starting to feel extremely tiring and drained. Can my body take one hour of yoga and one hour of aerobics daily. Or is it too much. Or do I have to take more nutritious supplements to be able to manage two hours of rigorous exercise every day. Please help.

I can understand your concern. .yes your body can definitely take this much.
Infact it can take much more.
Take a high protein diet.
Add a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for a month.
