Because of a sitting job, I m losing stamina and also energy level. Suggest me some morning exercise and breakfast that would be beneficial for me on this issue

Best exercise for gain stamina is running. Do running in the early morning regularly it will help to increase your stamina and your lower body muscles, take poridge and spouted grams in empty stomach along with orange juice. Use some food supplements
