Fistula surgery
I have undergone fistula surgery today,
Tomorrow morning when passing stool can anyone advice how to wash anal region
Shud i just pour water through shower?
Or do i need to clean it from inside with fingers bcoz i am having stitches?or should i avoid cleaning it from inside through fingers for few days?

It will be better if you'll consult your operating surgeon.
According to my opinion, you can clean the anal region as you were doing before the surgery. You have to continue the Sitz bath of anal region 3-4times daily for better healing.
