Fistula surgery
I had surgery of fistula in 2019
But that wound was not healed completely now again pus discharge started from wound and m having pain again. It was on left side. And when pain starts it pain entire leg too .

It would have been better if clinical picture was attached to the query.
It can be a case of recurrence of fistula in ano or newly formed fistula.
You should visit a Proctologist or General Surgeon for better evaluation.
Health Tips
Do Sitz bath with lukewarm water 3-4times/day
Apply Metronidazole based Ointment after every Sitz bath
Have plenty of oral fluids and fibre rich diet
