Fistula operation
I already faced this problem in october2016 and been operated for perinnal abscess in november2016 from last 4days it is paining and swelled.

I can understand your concern
May be you have suffered from all this in the year 2015 and not 2016 in which october and november i are yet to come.
Your condition needs physical examination therefore consult a general surgeon in person as soon as possible avoid oily and spicy foods drink lot of waters and do not strain for stools

Hi hope you are not in much pain, as you had it earlier this could be a recurrence, you should visit Doctor and get it examined, till then do sitz bath 3times daily.
