Fistula laser surgery
I had done my fistula laser surgery 60 days ago. Post operative wound not healed yet. Small amount of pus is still draining from that wound. Wound looks like a pin point. I consult to my doctor he says it will heal. He told me to apply a mixture of copper sulphate and water on wound to remove dead cells from the wound. Is it good to apply cuso4 on non healing wound. I also asked about persistence or recurrence but he told me that it will heal. Don't worry. What to do next ? Should antibiotics helps to heal ?

Firstly I would advice against using copper sulphate. If pus continues to come out after 4 mths then re-evaluate yourself by second opinion
Next Steps
Use Oint Metrogyl 2% Tab Cifran OZ twice daily x 5 days
Health Tips
if recurrence do MRI FISTULOGRAM
