Fistula in ano
I recently had MRI fistulogram, attached my reports. Do I have fistula ? Getting one drop of puss everyday from a small pinhole next to anal fissure. External perianal abscess wound is completely healed. My general surgeon said that surgery is not needed. Please suggest.
