Fissure with grade 3 hemorrhoid(piles)

Asked for Male, 17 Years

What should I do,the doctor have suggested for the operation.I am not ready for it.Is the operation necessary and will it pain during the treatment.Is there any other alternative?I also feel eyes fading when I stand up immediately or opt to do any work,is this thing related.Please need a reply.(I go to gym is this related?).

This is not related to doing gym. If your sure your diagnosis is grade 3 haemorrhoids then surgery will be needed. It is a basic surgery and you will recover within 1 day. Consult online for further management.
