Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am having fissure since 1 year 2 month before I had a laser Hemriodplasty and laser internal fissure surgery. But my fissure not healing i am having same pain and burning sensation while passing stools is there any chance for cancer? If i taking non veg the pain getting increasing no bleeding
