Fissure and mtion
I am finding difficult in motion, then bleeding.some skin tag seen in outer analysis. Doctor said it is fissure given me escort cream, painkiller, bleeding stop tablet. Also said to have sitz bath by adding potassium permagnent. I followed everything that skin tag reduced somewhat. But I am having pain while going for motion also feeling again and again motion. Please suggest me what would be the reason for painful motion also frequent motion.

Depends on Per rectal exam ( severity of anal spasm ). Better to go for day care surgery of internal sphincterotomy than ruin your days with medications. After some stage of severity, meds don’t work
