Fissure and constipation

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I started taking hairbless tablets for hair fall problem two months back and continuing with it but I'm having problems with passing stool and suffering with pain in the anal region. Should I stop taking that medicine? I had previously taken cremaffin syrup for this problem and stopped the medicine for some time.
