Fish is a potential allergen to the child, so try it alone and well cooked all the way through. Types that can be started : Salmon, cod, trout Make sure it is deboned well as to avoid any choking. Refrain from serving it cured, sundried, plain salted, or smoked. Only cooked completely through. For any queries, kindly book an online consultation with me.
