Fish is a potential allergen to the child, so try it alone and well cooked all the way through.
Types that can be started : Salmon, cod, trout
Make sure it is deboned well as to avoid any choking.
Refrain from serving it cured, sundried, plain salted, or smoked.
Only cooked completely through.
