First Teeth came from corner side

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My son ,he has 10.5 months ,now he is stating and walking with support.His first teeth coming after 9 month its from the corner side from the upper and the second one coming from the another corner side from the upper..Now the bottom center coming teeth..is that any problem for his health..kindly give an advice.
