First degree burn with blisters
Sir i had first degree burn , i got my dressing done. I have been apying silver nitrate and taking other antibiotics from last 3 days. But now 2 blisters have formed yesterday and am feeling little pain over that area. I want to know that do i have to clean the burnt area everytime with NS before applying silver nitrate?? And secondly should i pop these blisters by following aseptic measures or should wait for them to heal on their own..??

Yes you need to first wear sterile gloves before starting the dressing. Clean with NS and then apply silver nitrate. If the blisters are causing severe pain you can burst them with a sterile needle. Consult online for further management.
