Finger joint pains

Asked for Female, 54 Years

Namaskar. Iam 55 year female attained menopause one year ago.I have developed severe joint pain in my fingers suddenly 10 days back.Got my health check and arthritis profile done.My RA factor and Anti CCP are negative with 68 ESR and 9 CRP.Rest all the reports are normal.What could be the reason for my finger pains of both the hands.
