  4. Finger burn. Of ointment can be used.

Finger burn
My son 1.5yrs had a burn on one of his left hand finger. It's been 2 weeks and the finger is swollen after one layer of skin tearing off. After burn he was finger was put in cold water for few minutes. So kindly suggest if any kind of ointment can be used.
