Finding a alternative medication

What can be the alternative of salsol 2.5 mg in nebulizer. As it's not available in the Market and if there is any dealer that can provide me this medicine. My brother requires as he has sever bronchitis

The alternative is Asthalin / levolin respules. However it is recommened that you consult a pulmonologist ASAP. Over the counter treatmneg for bronchitis is not recommened.
