Uterus & Ovary:- Uterus is anteverted and appears normal in size and shows 2 fibroids largest of size approx 12.9 mm Endometrium measures 6.6 mm, Cervical canal shows mild fluid in it. No adnexal mass mild free fluid is seen in POD Impression:-F/S/O 1. Fibroids uterus 2. PID Please suggest me medicine for these disease
