Feverafter getting 1stdose of covishield

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Sir, I got covishield vaccine yesterday. But from evening I had fever of 101 degree, with heavy headache, bodyache, and heavy sweating, loss of appetite, heavy joint muscle pain, dizziness...my pulse oxymeter readings are pulse 120/min, and spo2 is 96/97 and my bp is 110/65 and weight 74 kg and height 5 ft 10 inch, 29 years male. What should I do? Is there anything bad with these symptoms???
