Typhoid fever is a common fever occurs due to water borne infection and improper practice of handwash before taking food. You should take cefixime and ofloxacin combination antibiotic or any of these for treatment. If you have any complication of typhoid fever as intestinal hemorrhage or intestinal perforation or severe headache with vomiting and neck rigidity (acute encephalitis), than get admitted urgently for immediate treatment and monitoring.
